Repair Agreement

We appreciate and value your trust in Aftershock PC Pte. Ltd.'s ("Aftershock") repair services. Before proceeding with the repair of your Product, we would like to share with you Aftershock's Repair Terms & Conditions ("T&Cs") which govern Aftershock's provision of repair services for your Product ("Repair Services").

By signing these T&Cs, you acknowledge that (i) you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the terms of these T&Cs and Aftershock's Warranty Policy which is available on Aftershock's website at https://www.aftershockpc.com/pages/warranty ("Warranty Policy"), and (ii) you are at least 18 years of age and have the capacity to form a binding contract with Aftershock.

1. Data Management

a) It is possible that data may become unrecoverable, erased or reformatted during the Repair Service. It is your sole responsibility to back up any data, software, and programs from your Product, prior to submitting your Product for the Repair Service.

b) Aftershock shall not be responsible for any loss, recovery or compromise of any data, software or program contained within your Product.It is possible that data may become unrecoverable, erased or reformatted during the Repair Service. It is your sole responsibility to back up any data, software, and programs from your Product, prior to submitting your Product for the Repair Service.

c) Aftershock shall not be responsible for any loss, recovery or compromise of any data, software or program contained within your Product.

2. Unauthorized Modification

a) Aftershock disclaims liability for any damage to the Product arising during the Repair Service that is attributable to any unauthorised modifications, repairs or replacements not performed by Aftershock.

b) In the event of such damage, Aftershock will approach you to approve any additional charges required to complete the Repair Service. Should you not consent, Aftershock reserves the right to return your Product unrepaired in the damaged condition without any responsibility.

3. Product Abandonment

ai) Carry In Warranty: Upon the completion of the Repair Service, Aftershock will provide you with a notification to claim your Product within fourteen (14) days from the date of notification. Should you fail to claim your Product within the fourteen (14) days, your Product shall be considered as abandoned. Aftershock reserves the right to determine the appropriate action concerning the abandoned Product.

aiii) Pickup & Return Warranty: Upon completion of the Repair Service, Aftershock will deliver your Product to the Delivery Address provided by you. If Aftershock is unable to complete the delivery, and you fail to claim the Product or notify us that you are unable to claim your Product within fourteen (14) days from the initial notification of the failed delivery by Aftershock, your Product shall be considered as abandoned. Aftershock reserves the right to determine the appropriate action concerning the abandoned Product.

b) Aftershock has the right to dispose of or sell an abandoned Product. Aftershock shall not be liable to you for the loss of any abandoned Product, or any data or work stored in the abandoned Product.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Aftershock and its affiliates be liable to you for:

a) any loss of earnings, revenue, profits, sales, contracts, business opportunity, business or anticipated savings;

b) any loss of goodwill or loss of reputation;

c) any loss or corruption of data;

d) any costs of recovering, programming or restoring any program or data stored or used with your Product;

e) any failure to maintain the confidentiality of data stored on your Product or

f) any incidental, consequential, exemplary, special, punitive, multiple, pure economic loss or other indirect losses,

whether based upon warranty, contract, tort, statute, strict liability or otherwise, even if Aftershock has been advised of the possibility of such damages or losses.

5. Notifications

a) You agree to receive notices and communications from Aftershock by telephone, message or email at your provided contact number or email address. A message or email shall be deemed effectively received by you at the time of its dispatch by Aftershock.

b) You are responsible for providing Aftershock with your most current contact number and email address. If the most recent contact number or email address provided to Aftershock is not valid, or for any reason is not capable of delivering to you any notices and communications under these T&Cs, Aftershock’s dispatch of any message or email to that contact number or email address will nonetheless constitute effective notice on Aftershock's part.

6. Governing Law

These T&Cs shall be governed by and construed under the Laws of the Republic of Singapore.
