NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS CONTEST. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE THE CHANCES OF WINNING. THIS CONTEST IS VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

1. Secretlab SG Pte. Ltd. (“Secretlab”) is the sponsor of this Setup Showcase Contest (the “Contest”).
2. These Terms and Conditions for the Contest are binding on all persons participating in the Contest (“Participants”). By participating in the Contest, the Participant is deemed to have accepted and agreed to these Terms and Conditions and any other instructions that Secretlab may issue from time to time.
3. The Contest is open from 24 Oct, 2025 16:00 SGT to 12 Nov, 2025 15:59 SGT (“Contest Period”).
4. To be eligible to participate in the Contest, the Participant must:
   a. Reside in any of the following regions: the 48 contiguous United States, Canada, European Economic Area (excluding Italy), Switzerland, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Malaysia;
   b. Be over the age of 18 or the age of majority, whichever is older, in the jurisdictions where the Contest can be validly held; and
   c. Be a natural person acting in his or her own individual private capacity.
5. To enter the Contest, the eligible Participant must complete the following during the Contest Period:
   a. Upload a post on Facebook, Instagram, X, Reddit, or TikTok, featuring a photo of their desk setup with one or more Secretlab products (the “Post”). The Post must be set to be visible to the public, and must tag Secretlab’s account on the respective channels where the Post is uploaded (https://facebook.com/secretlab, https://instagram.com/secretlab, https://twitter.com/secretlabchairs, https://reddit.com/r/secretlab, or https://www.tiktok.com/@secretlab; and
   b. Complete and submit the application to enter the Contest via this link: https://secretlab.sg/pages/setup-showcase-contest (the “Form”).
6. Secretlab will judge each Contest submission entered by the eligible Participants based on the quality of the submitted Post. The Post will be judged using the following scoring criteria:
   a. Quality of overall photo composition: 50%
   b. Creativity of post caption: 50%
   Secretlab will select 210 Winners entirely on merit, being the top 210 Participants whose Post receives the highest score based on the scoring criteria. Chance plays no part in determining the winners. Winners are selected solely on the judging criteria above; no random draws will occur.
7. There are 210 prizes available, awarded as follows:
   a. 10 Grand Prizes: The top 10 Participants whose Post receives the highest score based on the scoring criteria will each receive a unique discount code for USD 1,000 / CAD 1,000 / EUR 1,000 / GBP 1,000 / AUD 1,000 / NZD 1,000 / SGD 1,000 / MYR 3,000, depending on the region where the Winner is resident in. For example, a Grand Prize Winner who is resident in Canada will receive a discount code for CAD 1,000 and a Grand Prize Winner who is resident in Malaysia will receive a discount code for MYR 3,000. Such discount code can be used for one time only, valid for use until 31 March 2026, to offset any purchase from the Secretlab webstore (accessible via www.secretlab.co) only of the region where the Winner is resident in (“Prize”). For example, if the Winner is resident in Spain, the discount code of EUR 1,000 can only be redeemed on the Secretlab Europe store (www.secretlab.eu). The discount code can only be used to offset product purchase(s) and cannot be used to offset shipping, taxes and any other excluded items, which must be borne by the Winner. The discount code can only be used to offset any purchase to be shipped to any address served by Secretlab at the time of delivery. The discount code cannot be combined or used in conjunction with any other promotional codes.

The discount code can only be used to offset any purchase to be shipped to any address served by Secretlab at the time of delivery.
8. The Winners accept the prize on an “AS IS” and without warranty basis. No transfer, substitution or cash equivalent for the Prize is allowed.
9. Secretlab will contact the Winners via their email address submitted in the Form (“winning notification”) by 16 January 2026. Secretlab reserves the right to request each Winner’s proof of eligibility, identity and/or other information for the purposes of verifying each Winner’s claim to the Prize.
10. If a winning notification is returned as undeliverable to Secretlab, or if the Winner does not respond to the winning notification within the time period stated in the winning notification, the Prize will be forfeited at Secretlab’s sole and absolute discretion and the Winner shall not be entitled to any compensation for the same. Secretlab reserves the right to select another participant(s) to receive the Prize from the pool of participants.
11. By participating in this Contest, the Participant represents and warrants to Secretlab that the Post is the Participant’s original work and owned by the Participant, has not been previously published, and does not violate the rights of any party, including but not limited to intellectual property rights or rights of privacy, publicity or moral rights. Any Post that contains any content that is derogatory, defamatory, discriminatory or offensive in any way, fails to comply with the theme and the spirit of the Contest or infringes on the rights of any person will be disqualified. Automated, bulk, or scripted entries are prohibited. AI-generated imagery of Secretlab products is not permitted. Secretlab may require metadata or originals to verify authenticity.
12. Only original and unique entries will be accepted. Duplicate or repeated content may be disqualified.
13. All parties related to Secretlab (including but not limited to Secretlab employees and contractors) are disqualified from participation in this Contest.
14. Secretlab reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to disqualify the Winner from the Contest and cancel, revoke, withdraw or claw back any Prize if, at any time:
    a. Secretlab determines, at its sole and absolute discretion, that the Winner has breached these Terms and Conditions or is ineligible to participate in this Contest for any reason whatsoever; and/or
    b. Secretlab, at its sole and absolute discretion, suspects any fraud, misrepresentation, deceit and/or illegality undertaken by the Winner in connection with the Contest.
15. By participating in the Contest, the Participant consents to Secretlab’s collection, use, disclosure and/or processing of his/her personal data to manage the Contest and to contact the Winner, in accordance with our privacy policy.
16. By participating in the Contest, the Participant agrees that Secretlab may use and disclose his/her personal data contained in the Post for advertising and promotional purposes without further consideration. The Participant also grants to Secretlab a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable, sublicensable, fully paid-up and royalty-free right to transform, edit, modify, reproduce, distribute, transmit, publish, make available, communicate to the public, broadcast, perform, display or otherwise use the Post in whole or in part, with or without modifications, in any form or medium, whether now existing or later developed, for any purpose, including advertising Secretlab’s products. Except where prohibited by applicable laws, the Participant agrees in Secretlab’s favour to waive and not to assert or invoke any moral rights in relation to their Post.
17. If so requested by Secretlab, the Winner must sign and complete an affidavit of eligibility and release and supply any information that may be required in compliance with tax and other laws and regulations.
18. Each Winner is solely responsible for all taxes and expenses associated with acceptance of the Prize, including but not limited to any obligations under applicable laws to report the value of the Prize to the applicable tax authorities and pay any applicable taxes related to the Prize. Secretlab has no obligation whatsoever for any related taxes or social contributions that may be payable by the Winner in connection with the Prize.
19. To the extent permitted by law, Secretlab shall not be liable in any way to any Participant or any other person for any losses or damages of any kind, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the Contest, including but not limited to from any late or non-notification, any error in computing chances, any technical, hardware or software breakdown, malfunction or defects, failed delayed or incorrect transactions, lost or unavailable network connections or any notice that is lost or misdirected.
20. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any brochure, marketing or promotion material relating to the Contest, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
21. The law of Singapore governs the interpretation of these terms without depriving Participants of mandatory consumer protections of their country of residence. The Participant agrees to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
22. Secretlab’s determination of all matters relating to this Contest shall be final and binding and no appeal or objection on any grounds will be entertained.
23. Secretlab reserves the right to, at its sole and absolute discretion, vary, modify and amend any of these Terms and Conditions and/or to suspend, discontinue or terminate the Contest at any time without prior notification, or liability to any party.
